1. Privacy Policy

2. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full prior to the completion of any transaction. We accept the following payment methods:

In-Store:
Cash

Debit (Interac)

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap-to-Pay)

Online (if applicable):
Secure online payment via major credit cards

Electronic transfer (E-transfer) for special/custom orders upon prior arrangement

Personal cheques are not accepted under any circumstances

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify payment information and refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorised use without prior notice.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are permitted only for non-personalised, non-final-sale merchandise within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a valid original receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in unopened, unused condition, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from returns or exchanges:

Personalised or engraved products

Seasonal merchandise after the relevant season has ended

Clearance or markdown items marked as final sale

Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life

3.3 Defective Goods
Products with manufacturing defects or damages discovered upon first use may be eligible for return or exchange after inspection and verification by our staff. Defects must be reported within the 7-day return window. We reserve the right to test or inspect any returned item for defects.

3.4 Refunds and Credits
Approved returns will be compensated by either:
Cash payment or original mode of payment from a Credit/Debit Card. 
Exchange for the same or equivalent product at Your Dollarstore With More – Heritage.

Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no expiration date.

3.5 Return Denial
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

The item does not meet the above conditions
The return request is outside the stipulated time frame
We suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse of the return policy

4. Delivery and Pickup Policy

4.1 In-Store Shopping
Our primary sales channel is in-store purchasing at the Heritage location.

4.2 Local Pickup
Available by appointment for bulk, special, or custom orders. Customers must contact the store in advance to schedule pickup.

4.3 Delivery
Delivery may be provided at our discretion for large or bulk orders within 2 km radius of the store location. Delivery fees and availability are subject to prior arrangement and confirmation. The store retains sole discretion to accept or decline delivery requests.

5. Additional Services

5.1 Helium Balloon Inflation
We provide helium inflation services for latex and foil balloons purchased in-store or brought by customers. Latex balloon float times average 6–12 hours. For safety, damaged or overinflated balloons will not be filled. Pricing varies based on balloon type and size.

5.2 Engraving Services
Available for select items such as keychains, mugs, plaques, and keepsakes. Customers must approve all text before engraving is performed. Engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Pricing Policy
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of pricing discrepancies between online and in-store pricing, the in-store price will prevail. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders resulting from pricing errors or inaccuracies.

7. Website Use Policy
All website content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Your Dollarstore With More – Heritage and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of website content, we disclaim liability for typographical errors, omissions, or technical issues. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Dollarstore With More – Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the store and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of products, breach of policies, or violation of law.

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or update these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or in-store. It is the customer’s responsibility to review policies regularly.
