Returns and exchanges are permitted only for non-personalised, non-final-sale merchandise within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a valid original receipt or proof of purchase. This gives you a full week to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. Items must be returned in unopened, unused condition, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. If you need to return an item, please bring your receipt and visit our store within this 7-day window. Our staff will be happy to assist with an exchange or refund, as applicable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition – this means unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
